meet chiddy bang, and his producer xaphoon jones. i always get nervous when a song i love (MGMT – Kids) gets toyed with. i winced when i hit play, expecting the song to be butchered beyond recognition. long story short: i trust xaphoon jones with my life. he remixed the MGMT beat perfectly, and sprinkled on some nice rhythm in the form of chiddy bang. don’t be surprised if you see either name again. you can download xaphoon jones’ first mix tape here for free, which is immediately what i’m going to do once i leave work.
