Reaaaaaally don’t know what to do with this.  Saw it on Barstool like everybody else, and I just can’t decide how I want to approach this.  Is it a hoax?  First guess says absolutely, but I feel bad making fun of her if it’s real.  Is it funny?  Absolutely, but again, I feel like an asshole making fun of her if she’s telling the truth.  There’s just no way this can be real, there’s no way.  I need your thoughts to help me sort this out.

UPDATE:  Spoke with a well educated doctor friend of mine who confirms what we all believe, that this woman is a headcase and the disease is not real.  So yeah…anyways.
