So over Thanksgiving my cousin was absolutely raving about this video on Barstool of the 1987 Dance Aerobics Championship…and for some reason I had skipped over it a couple of weeks ago.  Horrible decision by me, as it’s pure comedic gold.  The absurd leg kicks at 0:49, the face-to-ass pushup routine at 1:08…it’s just gold, all of it.
