For some reason I haven’t given Gorillaz’ most recent album Plastic Beach the time it deserves.  ”On Melancholy Hill” is the perfect relaxing, Sunday-afternoon jam; it’s exactly what I needed today after an aggressive Saturday night spent with a 70′s funk band, “beer punch” and a chick-pee falafel.  It’s meditation for your ears.
