Jimbo found this new single from everybody’s favorite band that’s forever stuck in the 80′s club scene…but I beat him to the post. It’s literally like this duo woke up in 2010 and decided that they would continue to live as if were ’85. That’s not to say their music isn’t catchy, because it clearly is. If Chromeo was on stage, I’d live in 1985 in a heartbeat.
Oh, and this is officially the 500th post in the illustrious career of The Chuckness…a big moment for everyone. I just re-upped the domain for another two years, so we’re in this for the long haul. It goes without saying that we appreciate all the support from everyone that visits the site. From last August’s 4 visitors a day to today’s 400 visitors, thanks for continually checking the site out and spreading the word. Our goal is to provide you with your daily dose of good music, and if we ever stray from that mission, please don’t hesitate to let us know. In the meantime, listen to this track and keep helping us grow by telling everybody you know about your favorite place to go for new jams. To the ever loyal Chuckness fanbase, we thank you.

i dont know why i still check out the chuckness….this site has grown from a blog that used to supply me with very well selected tracks to a site that seems to post just every new track that is out there and could be checked out too at nah right/pigeonsandplanes..you name it…its a bummer…we used to have the same taste in music…that somehow has vanished…but that what happens to every blog…from a hand full of songs every other day to new songs every day by the time you realize that more and more visitors are coming…why did u switch ur style up ?
sorry you feel that way my friend…but I haven’t changed my style since the beginning, I’m just posting music that I enjoy. We sift through posts on other music blogs, dig through our iTunes, get recommendations from friends…whatever method we use, we’re just posting music that we like. I like to think we do a pretty good job of balancing upcoming popular tracks with completely random shit that we come across…it’s all good music to us.
