Everybody loves The Roots. Everybody. Nobody out there is gonna say “The Seed 2.0″ is a bad song, it’s just not possible. So when two new tracks leak from The Roots’ new album How I Got Over, the people get excited. And when they both feature John Legend, the people can’t contain themselves. ”The Fire” is just a dynamite track all the way around, it does everything you want it to do. Smooth hook, smooth flow with the verses…it’s just fresh. ”Doin’ It Again” is an equally crisp track; it just sounds like The Roots…which is always a good thing. Check em out.
