Happy Mother’s Day everyone — shoutout to the gargantuan Mom fanbase out there who supports the site. Love you all.

There’s nothing remotely new about this song; but I just discovered “Bruises” and it’s worth sharing if there’s a percentage of you out there not in the know. Apparently this track was featured on an iPod commercial a year or so back, but it went completely over my head until today. Some dynamite feel-good soundtrack music right here — literally fits any uplifting comedic film montage I can think of. That being said, the way the dude says “frozen strawberries” in the third verse is sort of creeping me out. You’ll see what I mean. Regardless, give it a listen and add it to your library.
