According to the ever-so accurate Wikipedia, Washed Out is merely the stage name for one man, Ernest Green. I got into a track of his a while back, “New Theory”, strictly due to it’s laid back, surfer vibe that struck a chord with me. “Amor Fati” has a very similar feel to it, and that’s not a bad thing. If you’re into this whole relaxed, beachy sound, be on the lookout for his upcoming project Within and Without.
