Could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure I heard this in Scarface the other night on FX. Clearly it wasn’t on the soundtrack, but damn it would fit in perfectly. Or maybe just anything synth-pop oriented would fit in seamlessly in that movie. I just imagine the club scenes with “Rush Rush” blasting in the background, and for whatever reason, some of this modern synth-pop that’s coming out these days has the same vibe. Is that the worst comparison of all time?
Yeah that was terrible. Anyways, I dig PAPA’s original track here, and St. Lucia’s remix skills are perfect. Sign me up.
