Apparently PBS has gotten cooler since my middle-school science teachers used to force us into digesting 3 episodes of Bill Nye The Science Guy everyday. They’ve just put together this brief, but informative video of the current state of the online music industry, and what lies around the corner. It’s wild to think how different the music scene is these days, strictly because of online curators, and curators of curators (a la Hype Machine). Exciting times indeed.
