Guilty pleasure city. Super Mash Bros. went quiet for a period of time after their meteoric rise in the collegiate music market. They struck gold right at the time when college kids fucking loved mash-ups, and rode the wave. “¡Holy Guacamole!” is the first release from them in a while, and it’s still obvious that they’re in the elite of the “genre”. The mash-up hysteria has died down since, but I still respect the hell out of the ability to fuse together so many songs into one fluid track.
