Icona Pop are on a one-way fast track to stardom, and this one might just push them over the edge. “I Love It” was pure pop brilliance, and they’re looking to expand their sound to the Ibiza clubs with “Ready For The Weekend.” At the 1 minute mark I thought I was lost in some processional hymn. Right around the 2 minute mark, everything around me shattered. Overwhelming electro bass directly to the dome. These Swedish girls are all over the map, and it’s beyond refreshing.
