Dr. Dre (Feat. Eminem & Liz Rodrigues of the New Royales) – I Need A Doctor

Just as Interscope and Dr. Dre launch the site DrDre.com with the mastered version of the song “Kush” and the artwork, another track is leaked.  I would assume that this is from the recordings for Detox but knowing Dre this song probably will not be album now that it is the 2nd track to leak within the week. The song features Eminem and Liz Rodrigues of the New Royales.  I also attached a link for the mastered version of “Kush”. UPDATE: After looking up more about this song and listening to it a couple times, I believe it may be … Continue reading

Dr. Dre (Feat. Snoop Dogg & Akon) – Kush

So I get back from New York today and what do you know, there is a new Dr. Dre song that’s leaked; and we have confirmation from Dre himself of it being on his highly anticipated album Detox. Dr. Dre called into a radio station in L.A. yesterday and said that he was a little frustrated that this particular song leaked because he doesn’t want everyone to think that Detox is an album strictly about weed. Which probably means the entire album is solely about weed. Either way Dre and his label knew they couldn’t stop the inevitable leak, so they … Continue reading

Dr. Dre (feat. Jay-Z) – Under Pressure

I know I previously said that this track wasn’t getting posted, because of the disappointment shared by all when it was first leaked…but hey, I came across the mastered version and changed my mind.  If you’re in the dark, Dr. Dre releases a new album once every 10 years or so, and recently word got out that he was working with Jay-Z on a track from the mysterious Detox.  Then “Under Pressure” leaked and ears everywhere were mortified that they waited 10 years for a beat that sounds like it was created with GarageBand.  I’m not gonna completely hate on … Continue reading

That Kid C-G (feat. Chiddy) – Get In Your Zone

Never heard of this bro before, but I saw the track featured Chiddy (from Chiddy Bang) so I decided to give it a shot.  They both go in over a creative, addicting, unrecognized sample that’s been blaring consistently on my end.  Or, again, maybe it’s just my Dre’s talking. Speaking of Dre, some of you may have heard that the first single from the long awaited Detox dropped today, featuring Jay-Z.  Apparently called “Under Pressure”, I heard it, and refuse to believe that garbage is the first single from an album he’s been working on for like 7 years.  It’s … Continue reading

Dr. Dre at Fenway Park and New Single with Jay-Z

Saw this interview yesterday after Chuck let me know that he saw Dr. Dre at Fenway just casually chillin with LeBron James.  First off Beats by Dre are the best headphones ever in terms of sound, period.  Secondly I have heard rumors of this first single off of Detox going around the blogosphere but I didn’t believe it.  Now to hear it from not only Dre himself but Interscope CEO Jimmy Iovine as well is pretty exciting. Dr. Dre’s HP “Let’s Do Amazing” Commercial

Cool little commercial with the guy from Flight of The Conchords and Dr. Dre.  You get a little preview of a possible beat on Detox? Give the album like 10 more years… Tweet

Kid Cudi- I Do My Thing (Prod. by Watts & Ringo) (Feat. Snoop Dogg)

This is supposedly a song from Cudi’s sophomore album, Cudder: The Revolution of Evolution.  According to the posts on Nah Right and 2Dopeboyz it is produced by Dr. Dre Watts & Ringo, but I kind of find that hard to believe because material from the Doc rarely comes out.  Still a dope song.  Enjoy… Download: Kid Cudi- I Do My Thing (Prod. by Dr. Dre) (Feat. Snoop Dogg) [Audio clip: view full post to listen] Nah Right: “UPDATE: Cudi says it’s a Man On The Moon demo and it was produced by Austin “Watts” Garrick and Rashad “Ringo” Smith of … Continue reading
